Terms of trade
Christmas gifts are exchanged until January 16th.
Delivery / pickup
TinyTiny.dk delivers to all of Europe, depending on the volumetric size and country of the order, the package will be delivered with DAO365, GLS, PostNord or UPS. It is also possible to pick up, but the order must be placed online, read under Click and Collect for more information. Uncollected orders will be automatically invoiced after 14 days.
Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped every weekday. If you have placed your order before 12 noon, it will be packed and shipped the same day.
The shipping is 49 dkk, but if you order for over 499 dkk there is free delivery to GLS/DAO parcel shop.
NOTE: If your package is not picked up or is refused, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs.
Payment
You can use card payment with VISA, DANKORT, MASTERCARD or mobilepay.
Right of withdrawal and exchange
You have a 14-day full right of return on all items, including discounted items. However, not 2nd grade items.
If you wish to return an item, please fill out the return form that can be printed online. In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item.
Return
You must return your order via the online portal, without undue delay. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. You bear the risk of delivery of the item. Returned items sent to a parcel shop will not be collected, all returned items must be sent to your door. If you do not collect your package from the parcel shop, the DAO/GLS fee for returned packages will be deducted from your order.
Missing original packaging may result in a loss of value, so to be sure to receive all your money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you paid to us back minus 49 dkk which covers shipping. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
